1) Terms of Use (FansMeds)
1.1 Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the FansMeds website, applications, or related services (collectively, the “Platform”), you agree to these Terms of Use and all incorporated disclosures and policies on this page. You agree that checking an acceptance box or otherwise electronically indicating assent constitutes a valid electronic signature. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.
1.2 Who We Are
FansMeds is a marketing and brand platform that facilitates access. FansMeds is not a medical provider, does not provide medical advice, does not diagnose, does not treat, and does not prescribe. FansMeds does not recommend, select, or assign medical providers and does not make treatment suitability determinations. FansMeds is not a pharmacy and does not dispense medications.
Medical services, if any, are provided by independent, third-party licensed healthcare professionals operating through independently owned professional medical corporations (“Medical Providers”). Medical Providers exercise independent medical judgment and are solely responsible for all clinical decisions, including whether to prescribe any medication.
FansMeds does not collect, process, hold, or transmit patient payments for medical services. Administrative, billing, and operational services may be provided by an independent management services organization. FansMeds may receive a marketing services fee for promotional and brand services. Any marketing services fee paid to FansMeds is for marketing services only and is not based on prescriptions, medical services, or patient-specific clinical outcomes.
1.3 No Medical Advice
The Platform may include general information about health, wellness, and related topics. This information is for general informational purposes only. It is not medical advice and is not a substitute for consultation with a licensed healthcare professional. Do not rely on creator content for decisions about diagnosis, treatment, dosing, or medication use. Do not disregard professional medical advice or delay seeking care because of something you read or view on the Platform.
If you believe you may have a medical emergency, call 911 immediately or go to the nearest emergency facility.
1.4 No Guarantee of Services or Prescriptions
Using the Platform does not guarantee that you will receive medical services, a prescription, or any particular outcome. Payment does not create a right to receive a prescription or any particular medication. Eligibility and treatment decisions are made solely by the Medical Provider based on their independent clinical judgment and applicable law.
1.5 User Representations
You agree that any information you provide through the Platform will be truthful, accurate, current, and complete. You agree not to use the Platform for unlawful, fraudulent, or abusive purposes.
1.6 Platform Communications
You consent to receive communications from FansMeds at the contact information you provide, including emails, calls, and text messages, to the extent permitted by law. Marketing communications are provided only where consent is required by law and may be opted out of at any time. Message and data rates may apply. You may opt out of marketing texts at any time by replying STOP, but you may still receive non-marketing messages related to your use of the Platform. Service-related messages may include account, security, and administrative notices. Marketing messages are provided only where permitted and may be opted out. Consent to receive texts is not a condition of purchase, unless otherwise permitted by law.
1.7 Intellectual Property
The Platform and its content, including text, graphics, logos, designs, and software, are owned by or licensed to FansMeds and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or create derivative works from the Platform without prior written permission, except as allowed by law.
1.8 Prohibited Content and Conduct
You may not:
Misrepresent your identity or provide false information
Interfere with the Platform’s security or operations
Attempt unauthorized access to systems or data
Use the Platform to harass, threaten, or harm others
Post content that is unlawful, deceptive, or infringing
1.9 Third-Party Links and Services
The Platform may link to third-party websites or services. FansMeds does not control and is not responsible for third-party content, services, or practices. No third party is authorized to make representations or warranties on FansMeds’ behalf. Your use of third-party services is at your own risk and subject to the third party’s terms.
1.10 Disclaimers
THE PLATFORM IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.” TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, FANSMEDS DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
1.11 Limitation of Liability
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, FANSMEDS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE PLATFORM, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
FANSMEDS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR: (A) ANY MEDICAL SERVICES PROVIDED BY MEDICAL PROVIDERS, (B) ANY CLINICAL DECISION-MAKING, INCLUDING PRESCRIBING, (C) ANY MEDICATIONS DISPENSED BY PHARMACIES, OR (D) THIRD-PARTY PRODUCTS OR SERVICES.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, FansMeds’ total liability for any claim will not exceed the greater of (a) $100 or (b) the amount you paid to FansMeds, if any, in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations; in that case, liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted.
1.12 Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless FansMeds and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of or related to your use of the Platform, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any law or third-party rights. You agree to cooperate in the defense and not to settle any claim without FansMeds’ written consent.
1.13 Governing Law and Venue
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising out of or related to these Terms or the Platform must be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located within the State of Delaware, and you consent to personal jurisdiction in such courts. You waive any objection to venue, including inconvenience of forum.
1.14 Changes to This Page
FansMeds may update this page from time to time. Updates become effective when posted. If changes are material, we will provide additional notice as required by law. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated terms to the extent permitted by law.

2.1 Informational Purposes Only
Content on the Platform, including text, graphics, videos, creator content, and educational materials, is provided for general informational purposes only. It is not medical advice and should not be used as a substitute for professional medical judgment.
2.2 No FDA Evaluation
Statements on the Platform have not been evaluated by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration. The Platform is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. FansMeds does not promote any prescription drug as safe or effective for any use. Any prescription decision is made solely by an independent licensed provider. The Platform does not present a complete description of risks and benefits for any prescription drug. Do not interpret any content as a substitute for FDA-required labeling or provider counseling.
2.3 Results May Vary
Any examples, testimonials, or statements about outcomes reflect individual experiences. Results vary and are not guaranteed. No content on the Platform should be interpreted as a promise of specific results.
2.4 Medical Provider Controls Care
Only a licensed healthcare professional can evaluate your situation and determine whether any treatment is appropriate. Clinical decisions, including prescribing, are made solely by Medical Providers.
3) Affiliate Disclosure (FansMeds)
3.1 Marketing Relationships
FansMeds may partner with creators, affiliates, and brand ambassadors to promote the Platform. These partners may receive compensation for marketing and promotional services. Creators and affiliates must clearly and conspicuously disclose their material connection to FansMeds, including where content is posted on social media or other third-party platforms. FansMeds may suspend or terminate creators or affiliates for failure to comply with disclosure requirements or for making prohibited health or medication claims.
3.2 No Medical Advice by Creators
Creators and affiliates are not medical professionals (unless explicitly stated and verified) and do not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Creator content reflects personal opinions and experiences.
3.3 No Influence on Clinical Decisions
Creators and affiliates do not influence clinical decision-making or prescribing. Compensation to creators and affiliates is not based on the issuance of prescriptions, the provision of medical services, or patient-specific clinical outcomes.
3.4 How We Present Disclosures
Where required, affiliate links or sponsored content will be identified through labels such as “sponsored,” “paid partnership,” “affiliate,” or similar disclosures.
4) Privacy Policy (FansMeds)
4.1 Scope
This Privacy Policy describes how FansMeds collects, uses, discloses, and protects information when you use the Platform. This policy applies to information handled by FansMeds in its role as a marketing and brand platform.
Medical Providers and other third parties (including professional medical corporations, pharmacies, laboratories, and administrative vendors) may have their own privacy practices and policies. FansMeds is not responsible for third-party privacy practices.
