How it works

Creator-led access. Clinician-delivered care.

Three parties. One platform. Patients get care from licensed providers. Creators get paid for the introduction. The platform makes sure everyone is protected.

The three parties

Who does what.

The Creator engages their audience. FansMeds is the door and account access layer. Clinical care happens elsewhere, with licensed US providers and US based pharmacies.

01

The creator

An audience holder. Shares their FansMeds link with their followers. Gets paid a fixed fee per registration.

Marketing services
  • Provides introduction only
  • No medical advice or endorsement
  • Compensation tied to potential patient completing registration, reaching Thank You page and reaching the Patient Portal. Not prescriptions or clinical outcomes.
02

The platform

FansMeds operates the introduction layer, intake, compliance, and account management. Operated by TEERx.

Infrastructure and compliance
  • Hosts intake forms and patient portal
  • Reviews and approves every creator
  • Manages compliance, payments, and creator dashboard
03

The provider + pharmacy

Licensed US clinicians and partnered pharmacies. Evaluates patients, makes clinical decisions, ships medication direct to patients door step.

Medical care
  • Independent clinical judgment
  • State-licensed in every jurisdiction served
Step by step

From follower to patient.

What happens between someone seeing a creator's post and getting their treatment.

01

The creator shares their link.Creator action

A creator posts about a category they care about on their social channels. The link goes to their FansMeds page, where their audience picks the area they want to start with.

02

The follower picks a category.Patient action

From the creator's page, the patient selects from up to eleven therapeutic categories. Weight Loss, Hair, Hormone, Peptides, and more. Each category leads to a dedicated intake flow.

03

The patient completes intake.Patient action

The patient enters their health history, medication list, and answers category-specific clinical questions. This becomes the file the clinician reviews.

04

A licensed clinician reviews.Clinician action

A state-licensed provider in the patient's jurisdiction reviews the intake. They make independent clinical judgment about whether treatment is appropriate. If approved, they write the prescription.

05

The pharmacy ships.Pharmacy action

A partnered pharmacy fills the prescription and ships directly to the patient. The patient gets ongoing access through their Patient Portal. Refills, follow-ups, messaging.

CreatorFMMDRxShipAUDIENCEFANSMEDSPROVIDERS

One platform. Many providers.

FansMeds is the connective layer. Creators introduce audiences. The platform handles routing, intake, and account creation. Licensed providers in each state handle every clinical decision independently.

This separation is what makes the model compliant. The creator does not recommend medication. The platform does not practice medicine. The clinician operates independently. Three parties, three jobs, one straight line from question to care.

Creators are paid a fixed marketing services fee per account registration. They do not earn commission on prescriptions, refills, or clinical outcomes. This is the core compliance design.
Built for compliance

Why this works.

Telehealth has been around for a decade. The novel part is the creator layer. Here is how it stays clean.

Independent clinical judgment

Compensation flows through licensed entities only. Creators have no influence on prescription decisions.

Material connection disclosure

Every creator page surfaces the compensation arrangement. Every creator completes compliance training before their link goes live. FTC standards built into the platform.

Fixed fee per registration

Creators are paid a flat marketing services fee per new registration through their link. Not commission on Rx. Not tied to refills. Not tied to clinical outcomes.

Questions answered

Frequently asked.

QIs the creator the doctor?

No. Creators are audience holders, not medical professionals. They provide an introduction to the platform. All medical care is delivered independently by US-licensed clinicians who evaluate every patient.

QDo creators see my medical information?

No. Creators only see their dashboard. Total registrations, tier, earnings. They do not have access to patient intakes, prescriptions, clinical records, or any individually identifiable health information.

QWhat if my creator recommends something the doctor disagrees with?

The clinician makes the call. Creators do not recommend specific treatments. They introduce you to a category. The clinician evaluates whether treatment is appropriate based on your individual health profile.

QHow does the creator get paid?

A fixed marketing services fee when a new user completes registration through the creator's link, progresses to the Thank You page, and enters their Patient Portal. The fee does not change based on what is prescribed, whether you stay on treatment, or what you spend.

QIs this available in my state?

FansMeds operates in states where our partnered providers are licensed. Coverage expands continuously. Start your intake. If your state is not currently supported, you will see that immediately.

QWhat if I have a bad experience?

Contact support through the Patient Portal. Clinical concerns escalate to the provider. Platform concerns escalate to FansMeds operations. We track outcomes and remove providers who do not meet standards.
