Payment, Billing & Administrative Policies

TRIMUS LLC (“TRIMUS”) is an independent management services organization that provides non-clinical administrative, billing, and operational services on behalf of independently owned professional medical corporations and other third-party service providers.
TRIMUS is not a medical provider, does not practice medicine, does not make clinical decisions, and does not influence prescribing. FansMeds does not collect patient payments and is not a party to payment transactions for medical services.
2) Refund & Cancellation Policy
All fees collected by TRIMUS are for administrative services, clinical coordination, and access to independent third-party services.
No Refunds After Services Begin
Fees are non-refundable once any portion of the services has been initiated, including but not limited to:
- Review of submitted information
- Clinical intake or evaluation by a provider
- Administrative processing
- Coordination with pharmacies or other vendors
Clinical Decisions Are Not Grounds for Refund
Refunds are not issued based on:
- A provider determining you are not eligible for treatment
- A provider declining to prescribe medication
- Dissatisfaction with clinical outcomes
- Changes in personal circumstances or preferences
Limited Exceptions
If applicable law requires a refund in a specific circumstance, TRIMUS will comply with such requirements. Any approved refund will be limited to the extent required by law and may exclude amounts already paid to third-party service providers. You agree not to initiate a chargeback without first contacting billing support to resolve the issue.
3) Cash-Pay / No Insurance Disclosure
All services accessed through this platform are offered on a cash-pay basis.
You acknowledge and agree that:
- TRIMUS does not submit claims to insurance providers
- FansMeds does not submit insurance claims
- Independent medical providers may be out-of-network
- No guarantee of insurance reimbursement is provided
You are solely responsible for determining whether any portion of the services may be eligible for reimbursement under your insurance plan, health savings account, or flexible spending account.
4) Third-Party Services Acknowledgment
Certain services may be provided by independent third parties, including but not limited to:
- Professional medical corporations and licensed providers
- Pharmacies
- Laboratories
- Payment processors and technology vendors
TRIMUS is not responsible for the acts, omissions, services, or products of third parties. Your use of third-party services is subject to their respective terms, policies, and professional obligations.
5) Arbitration & Dispute Resolution
PLEASE READ THIS SECTION CAREFULLY. IT AFFECTS YOUR LEGAL RIGHTS.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, you and TRIMUS agree that any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Payment, Billing & Administrative Policies or the administrative services provided by TRIMUS shall be resolved through binding arbitration, rather than in court.
Arbitration Terms
- Arbitration shall be conducted on an individual basis only
- Class actions, class arbitrations, and representative actions are not permitted
- Arbitration shall be administered by a recognized arbitration provider
- The arbitration shall take place in the United States, unless otherwise required by law
- Each party shall bear its own attorneys’ fees unless otherwise required by law
Opt-Out
You may opt out of arbitration by providing written notice within 30 days of first accepting these Policies. Instructions for opting out will be provided upon request.
If arbitration is deemed unenforceable under applicable law, disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located within the State of Delaware, and you consent to personal jurisdiction there. This arbitration provision applies only to disputes with TRIMUS regarding administrative services.
6) Changes to These Policies
TRIMUS may update these Payment, Billing & Administrative Policies from time to time. Updates become effective when posted. Continued use of services after an update constitutes acknowledgment of the revised policies.
